The process was fairly straightforward and they could have done it quicker. There were days that my wife and I kept calling them and they did not pick up.On the day of the registration, they were very helpful and even on the day we had to get our affidavit made, but it was a task to get a hold of them on phone. Also, they seem to over-commit and under-deliver.The timeline originally promised was highly overcommitted and we had to follow up frequently to get things moving.Also, the cost of service seemed on the expensive side of market rates, we stuck to them since they committed a shorter turnaround time on receiving the certificate however that was not the case and there was a delay of 2 weeks from the committed dates!
